Andrew Humphreys has worked as a magazine editor and publisher.

He has twice been named as one of the Sydney Morning Herald's best young Australian novelists for the novels The Weight of the Sun (Allen & Unwin, 2001) and Wonderful (Allen & Unwin, 2004).

Random House will publish his new novel Martin Westley Takes a Walk in March 2010.
