Brian Geach was born in England and emigrated to Australia as a child. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Writing from James Cook University in 2010.

His writing has been published in a number of newspapers and journals, including The Australian and the New York Review of Books. Currently he is working on a memoir about his relationship with his father, involving themes of memory, loss and understanding.

Based in Sydney, he is an internationally awarded and recognised photographer with a passion for the written word.
