Geoff Lemon is the newly-appointed co-editor of Going Down Swinging, with Jessica Anne Friedmann, and was formerly poetry editor of harvest and Voiceworks. He founded Wordplay Collective and runs their online spoken word archive at www.wordplay.org.au.

His poems and stories are published in the likes of Best Australian Stories, HEAT, Blue Dog, and Island. A six-time slam winner, he has performed at shows and festivals across Australia.

He also writes music journalism for outlets like MTV and Beat, and a regular literary blog for Radio National's The Book Show. He posts new work and tasteless humour at heathenscripture.com.
