Julie Kearney is an award-winning artist who also writes short fiction, memoir and art criticism.

Her short stories have appeared in Idiom 23, Imprint and Hectate, as well as the anthology Hibiscus and Ti-Tree: Women in Queensland.

She was shortlisted for the Finch Memoir Prize for her memoir, Life After Marriage, and is a regular reviewer for M/C Reviews.
