Griffith Review is a firm fixture of Australia’s vibrant literary landscape, offering meaningful employment to a diverse cohort of emerging and established writers.
Since 2003, Griffith Review has published more than 1,500 writers and 2,500 stories and we’ve helped launch the careers of some incredible Australian authors.
More than 200 books began life as standalone pieces in the pages of Griffith Review. You can explore some of these pieces by clicking the banner below.
In 2023 we turned twenty, published our milestone eightieth edition and launched this fresh new website. Yes, we’re celebrating our past achievements, but we’re also looking ahead to the future.
That’s where you come in.
A literary journal isn’t much without its readers. Please help us to keep publishing exciting new work by Australia’s best writers and thinkers (not to mention supporting your excellent taste in reading material).
