If you subscribe to Griffith Review or purchase other goods and services through this website, Griffith University will use your email address and other personal information only for the purpose for which you have provided it, including responding to requests, billing, filling subscriptions and sales and otherwise communicating with you.

If you have subscribed to Griffith Review e-news, you will receive regular emails from us. We will comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). You may opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us by using the opt-out facilities provided (e.g. unsubscribe link).

For you to participate in any special joint subscription offers from time to time offered through this website, Griffith Review will need to provide your details to the other participating journal. Before participating in any special joint subscription offer, you should check the privacy policy of the other participating journal to ensure you are satisfied with the manner in which that participating journal will deal with your personal information as Griffith University accepts no responsibility for personal information so supplied.

If you believe that your personal information has been dealt with otherwise than in accordance with Griffith University’s privacy plan, you may make a complaint to the Griffith University Privacy Contact Officer, Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration), Griffith University, Nathan QLD 4111.

Requests must be made in writing and must be made within six months from the date when the breach was suspected to have occurred. Requests will be accepted via email or by letter.
